Did You Know?

All Purity Nutrition products are free from preservatives, colours or artificial flavours. Our jars remain shelf stable for 2 years because the product is cooked in the jar to keep the goodness sealed in. Purity cereals are also the only locally produced baby cereals to provide more than 50% of the daily iron requirements of a baby aged 6 - 12 months in one serving. The Purity range does not contain added salt and only the jarred dessert range contains a small amount of sugar.

The Purity Feeding Plan

Every minute of every day a new consumer is born and another mother faces the often daunting task of raising her baby and keeping him or her in good health.

For years Purity has cared about mothers and their babies and have developed their foods to simplify the task of choosing a meal and ensuring optimum nutrition. This was achieved by the development of the PURITY FEEDING PLAN.

The PURITY FEEDING PLAN helps mom to identify each of the different feeding stages from 1 – 4 as they are colour coded.

are extra smooth for easy swallowing and digestion.

SECOND FOODS - Once a baby is comfortable with eating starter foods, he or she needs to start learning about new flavours. This range introduces a variety of flavours to a baby's diet and thereby provides a fuller spectrum
of vitamins and minerals. A variety of foods encourage the acceptance of new adult flavours in later life.

Look out for Purity’s range of “Fruity Meals” which contain not only fruit, vegetables and meat (which is rich
in haem iron) but also Vitamins B2, B3 and B6. B Group Vitamins are essential for the development, growth
and healthy functioning of brain and nerve cells.

It is important for babies to be exposed to new flavours from an early age as this promotes an easier acceptance of new tastes and foods as he or she grows older.
