Vegetable & Beef Pasta Bake

What you'll need

4 PURITY Vegetable & Beef 8 Months jars
1 ½ cups cottage cheese
2 egg yolks
3 Tbsp milk
1 cup macaroni, shells or other pasta
1/3 cup grated cheese
Salt and freshly ground pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 200 C.
  2. Combine the Beef and Vegetable puree and pasta.
  3. Divide the mixture between 4 ramekins.
  4. Combine the ricotta, egg yolks and milk , season to taste, and spread over the pasta in each ramekin. Sprinkle over cheese.
  5. Cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked through.
