Starting solids is a great adventure for you and your baby, but it’s not easy to know when and how to introduce PURITY and other foods, or how much your little one needs. We’re here to help! Below, you will find quick-reference tables with expert guidelines that will help you make the right decisions for your little one, from the age of six months to 36 months.
NOTE: In these tables, quantities are given in millilitres (ml). Here are the rough equivalents in teaspoons, tablespoons and cups:
5 ml = 1 teaspoon
10 ml = 2 teaspoons
15 ml = 1 tablespoon
60ml = ¼ cup
125 ml = ½ cup
180 ml = ¾ cup
250 ml = 1 cup

- Fat: 2.5 ml (½ teaspoon)
7.5 ml (1½ teaspoons) of nut butter is one protein and fat portion.
