Apple & Cinnamon Thumbprint Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup PURITY Jungle Baby Instant Oats Apple & Cinnamon Flavour
½ cup (51g) rolled oats
2 tsp baking powder
2 jars (125ml each) PURITY Apples
½ tub (115g) plain cream cheese

Method
- 1. Preheat the oven to 170°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, add the PURITY Jungle Baby Instant Oats Apple & Cinnamon Flavour, oats, baking powder, 1 Jar of PURITY Apples and cream cheese. Mix until a soft cookie dough has formed.
3. Divide the dough into 20 balls and place them on the prepared baking tray, ensuring they are evenly spaced out. Using your thumb, make a small indent at the top of each cookie to form the thumbprint.
*Chef’s Tip: Alternatively, use your favourite cookie-cutters!*
4. Bake the cookies for 15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Allow the cookies to cool completely before adding ½ tsp of PURITY Apples to each cookie to fill the indent.
6. Serve as the perfect toddler-friendly treat along with freshly chopped fruit and ENJOY!
