4-Ingredient Butternut Tots

Ingredients
1 box (200g) PURITY Just Add Water Ready to Eat Cereal regular flavour 
2 jars (125ml each) PURITY Butternut Jars 
¼ cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup uncooked broccoli

Filling options:
Method
    1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line 2 large baking dishes with baking paper. 
    2. Add PURITY Just Add Water Ready to Eat Cereal Regular Flavour, PURITY Butternut Jars and cheese into a large mixing bowl.
    3. Grate the broccoli into the mixing bowl. Mix until a soft dough forms.
    4. Section the dough into 20 tablespoon-sized tots. Arrange the tots on the trays and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the tots are lightly golden brown. 
    *Chef’s Tip: Alternatively, bake in an air fryer at 180°C for 6-8 minutes.*
    5. Remove the baked tots from the oven and allow them to cool for 10 minutes, or until cold to the touch. 
    *Chef’s Tip: Freeze the cooled tots in an airtight container for up to 3 months and thaw 
    when needed.* 
    6. Serve the tots alongside a yoghurt dip, and ENJOY!
