Beef and Veggie Pasta Bake

Ingredients
2 egg yolks
1¼ cup cottage cheese
Salt and pepper (to season)
3 tbsp of milk
1 cup pasta
4 PURITY Beef and Vegetables Jars (200ml)
½ cup of grated cheese
1¼ cup cottage cheese
Salt and pepper (to season)
3 tbsp of milk

½ cup of grated cheese
Filling options:
Method
- 1. Mix all PURITY Beef and Vegetables Jars into a bowl.
2. Cook pasta as per packet instructions.
3. Mix pasta with PURITY purée. Season.
4. In a separate bowl mix cottage cheese, milk and egg yolks together.
5. Place the pasta mix in a baking dish.
6. Pour the cottage cheese mixture on top of the pasta.
7. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
8. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
