Butternut Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp butter
2 cups grated cheese
½ cup macaroni
1-1½ cups of milk
1 PURITY Butternut Jar (125 ml)

Filling options:
Method
- 1) Cook pasta as per packet instructions.
2) Melt 2 tbsp butter in a saucepan and add flour to make a roux.
3) Add milk slowly while stirring. Season.
4) Add PURITY Butternut Jar, half of the cheese and stir.
5) Add cooked pasta to the mix.
6) Spoon mixture into individual ramekins or a large baking dish and top with the rest
of the cheese.
7) Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
