Cream of Maize Banana Porridge Biscuits

Ingredients
180 g butter
110 g sugar
1 extra large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
190 g self-raising flour
125 g PURITY Cream of Maize Baby's Soft Porridge, Banana Flavour
Filling options:
Method
    1) Preheat oven to 180°C.
    2) Beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
    3) Add egg and vanilla extract and beat well. 
    4) In a separate bowl combine flour, PURITY Cream of Maize Baby's Soft Porridge, 
        salt and baking powder.
    5) Slowly add dry ingredients to butter mixture.
    6) Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a greased baking sheet.
