Fruit and Veggie Muffins

1 cup flour (wholewheat)
1 cup flour (all-purpose)
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp cinnamon
½ cup sugar
4 tbsp butter (unsalted)
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 PURITY Mixed Fruit and Oats Pouch
1 PURITY Yogi Pouch (any flavour)
1 PURITY Mixed Vegetables Jar (125 ml)
Filling options:
    1) Preheat oven to 180°C.
    2) In a medium-size bowl, mix together flours, baking soda, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon. 
    3) Soften butter and add sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla. Beat well.
    4) Combine PURITY Mixed Fruit and Oats Pouch, with one PURITY Mixed Vegetables Jar and one PURITY Yogi Pouch into the wet ingredient mixture (sugar/butter/eggs) and beat until mixed.
    5) Finally, add the dry ingredients and mix just until combined and wet.
    6) Scoop the mixture into a prepared muffin pan. Fill each spot about ¾ of the way full. 
    8) Bake for 15-20 minutes until the tops are slightly brown.

    Light & fluffy mid-morning muffins!
