Fruit Pancakes

Ingredients
100 g sifted cake flour
1 egg (beaten)
1 pinch salt
300 ml full cream milk
1 egg (beaten)
1 pinch salt
300 ml full cream milk

Method
- 1) Combine all ingredients together and pour ½ cup batter mix into a 23 cm non-stick
frying pan.
2) Mix ½ teaspoon corn starch with 1 ml water, then decant a PURITY Pouch into mixture and warm content in the microwave or on a stove top.
3) Mix the corn starch into the warm pouch mixture until it thickens.
4) Fill and serve pancakes.
